If a round booked through us is being legitimately advertised and offred online with the same conditions at a lower rate, we will refund the difference provided the claim is made at least 30 days before the date of play or the claim is made within 5 days of making the booking.
Course Tee Times
When booking tee times for 1, 2, 3, 5 or 6 players or more, the golf courses reserve the right to make all matches up to 4 balls.
Golf Courses may require proof of handicap from all players (Handicap Certificate). Soft spikes are also required and all players are asked to observe the "Etiquette of Golf", respect any course repairs and maintenance whilst playing their rounds. It is advisable for players to bring their Handicap Certificates. However, on most courses as long as the player does not cause "slow play" and observes golf etiquette there should not be a problem if you do not have your Handicap Certificate with you.
In the case that a courses is deemed uplayable or the temporary closure of a course, a client will either receive a rain cheque directly from the course to play another day or we can make a request for a full refund for the round(s) from the course.
Cancelation conditions vary from course to course. Generally, we can make cancelation without incurring any charges 30 days before the date of actual play. Most courses do not issue refunds if the cancelation is made less that a week before the date of play. When a cancellation is caused by a medical condition then proof of this fact is required (i.e. Doctors written statement), so that the full amount charged will be refunded after we have received the refund from the course.
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain adequate insurance cover for, Personal Injury, Third Party Cover, Death, Theft, Accidents, Illness, Fines, Legal Costs, Flight cancellations, or any other factor based outside the inclusive holiday arrangements with the Agency. "SunnyAlgarveGolf.com" will accept responsibility for loss or damage a client may suffer as a result of negligence by our staff, but it will not be responsible for negligence or damage caused to any accommodation, cars, personal effects, or by third parties.
If in the opinion of "SunnyAlgarveGolf.com", the Golf Course or the Accommodation Manager, and other such persons in authority, that any client(s) are behaving in such a way as to cause danger, distress or annoyance to others, or damage to property, the contracted arrangements may be terminated by either ourselves or associated parties concerned. In such situations "SunnyAlgarveGolf.com" will not accept liability to the client and will not be held responsible for making any refunds, paying any compensation, or meeting any costs or expenses clients may incur as a result of "SunnyAlgarveGolf.com" action. Further, clients in such circumstances must meet any costs or expenses incurred as a result of the behaviour or their action.
"SunnyAlgarveGolf.com" has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that their golf holidays as advertised have been properly presented and the hotels and other organizations used are reputable. However, as "SunnyAlgarveGolf.com" has no direct control over third parties it shall not be held liable for any acts or omissions. Furthermore, all bookings are subject to any terms, conditions and limitation of liability imposed by such third parties.
